In the News: Examiner.com article about Cake in the Box

Alicia from Examiner.com wrote about our Allergy Free cakes in an article posted today in the Food & Drink section.

Trenise emailed me about how her heart breaks when she cannot let her kids have special treats because the store or restaurant has been contaminated with nuts, and not properly cleaned. She hated to see her children feeling left out because of their allergies.  So, about her bakery, she says:

“Children deserve a chance to have a special birthday and a bride deserves a beautiful wedding cake that is safe for her to eat if she has food allergies.  I wanted to make a safe bakery for those that are so often left out. People like my children, people like you.”
