My daughter has only had one dairy free cake from one bakery, but other than that they are hard to find. She is allergic to dairy and nuts so she can never eat at other kids birthday cakes. I am so excited to hear that someone has finally come up with this idea. I usually make the birthday cakes using specialty pans for my family. I am glad to know you are here as an alternative.
